Test yourself with a Casa Artusi cooking class of your choice: fresh pasta made by hand in Emilia-Romagna or the traditional handmade piadina romagnola. During the class, there will be a focus on the raw materials used and local products.

At the end of the class, a guided tour awaits you to get to the heart of Casa Artusi, discovering the secrets of the famous Pellegrino and how his famous recipes of home cooking were born.

At the end of the guided tour, you can enjoy a fabulous lunch based on typical Romagna products. In memory of the experience, you will finally be given an apron of Casa Artusi on printed Romagna canvas and a small book with recipes and insights of the cooking course.

About the destination
