Wine Tasting of Albana and Sangiovese of Romagna
The wine of Romagna speaks the language of a lush land that runs between the sea and the Apennines, rippling in hills and hills designed by the geometries of orchards and vineyards alternated by farmhouses, villages, towers and fortresses. At the Covered Market we offer a tasting of the most famous Romagna grapes, Romagna Albana and Sangiovese di Romagna, accompanied by tastings of the territory of Salami and Cheeses.
The tasting includes:
• A glass of Romagna Albana DOCG “Cleonice” wine – Fiorentini Vini paired with Crostino di lardo of Mora Romagnola and “Bucciatello” (caciotta) of Brisighella, accompanied by home made bread
• A glass of Romagna Sangiovese Superiore DOC “Marnoso” Villa Orro Lune paired with Finger of Salsiccia Passita “Morabrada” and “Stanco” cheese with raw milk from Brisighella (with only milk from Emilia Romagna) accompanied by traditional Piadina from Romagna
The experience will be accompanied by a guided tour of the Covered Market by the staff, to discover the history, architecture, furnishings and philosophy of the place.
