Cooking class of Piadina from the dough to the taste
The real Piadina romagnola is a unique goodness that has ancient origins in the Romagna countryside as a poor dish. Today protected by the IGP, piadina has deservedly become a symbol of Italian cuisine in the world.
In this course, you will learn how to prepare it with the help of the expert “azdore romagnole”, who will guide you in the preparation of the dough and teach you how to spread it in order to reach the ideal thickness.
At the end of the workshop, you can taste your piadina accompanied by Squacquerone di Romagna DOP Officine Gastronomiche Spadoni, arugula and Prosciutto Crudo di Parma 24 months (including water).
The experience will be accompanied by a guided tour of the Covered Market by the staff, to discover the history, architecture, furnishings and philosophy of the place.
