Wine tasting workshop with a sommelier
Tasting of three glasses of wine, accompanied by our bakery "Pane Sciocco" characteristic bread without salt of the Romagna tradition and "Bread Brusco" made with flour type 1 ground stone made with flour Molino Spadoni.
Sommelier Andrea Spada, first sommelier of Italy in 1994-95, offers a tasting of three different interpretations:
· ROMAGNA ALBANA "A" 2022 AZ. MONTICINO ROSSO. A nice business card for this Romagna grape, dry and for all meals, awarded the "3 Glasses" Gambero Rosso 2021". Hints of: apricot, pineapple, yellow peach, broom, yellow rose, hazelnuts, orange peel, cedar peel, papaya, pineapple, nuances of sage and thyme
· ROMAGNA ALBANA TANTALILLI 2018 AZ. TOZZI. Intense, mineral, fruity with herbaceous notes. You can find: yellow grapefruit, apricot, acacia, hazelnut, saffron. The minerality transmitted by the sandstone and clay soil of the Vena del Gesso Romagnola on which the vineyard develops is strong
· ROMAGNA ALBANA VITALBA 2020 AZ. THREE MOUNTAINS. Albana Secco "Vitalba" is a rich, full-bodied and complex expression of the main Romagna white grape, born from the ancient practice of vinification with maceration on the skins in Georgian amphorae. Scents of exotic fruit, dried yellow fruit and aromatic herbs enliven a consistent and structured sip
